The following biosecurity measures were taken in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the Tourism Authority of Panama.

Shuttle Transfer

If you have any symptoms such as fever, nausea, headache, body aches or difficulty breathing, please avoid your trip.

Temperature body control and use of alcoholic hand sanitizer gel before in to the vehicle.
Mandatory use of a mask during the trip.
We going direct to the port. We won’t have stops.
The capacity will be 60% unless they belong to the same family bubble. In that case, 100% of the capacity could be occupied.
Any suitcase or item will be disinfected.
Eating or drinking is forbidden during the journey.

Boat Transfers

If you are driving in your own car and have the symptoms mentioned above, avoid to travel..

Mandatory use of a mask.
Temperature control will be taken before in to the boat.}
The boat will have alcoholic hand sanitizer gel for clients and collaborators.
Only 50% of the capacity of the boat will be occupied unless it is from the same family bubble, it will be considered 100% use.
Eating or drinking is forbidden during the transfer.

We need the collaboration of all to have an enjoying, safety and unrestricted trip.

Mandatory use of a mask on the island, except for lunch and beach time.
It will occupy 50% of the tables at lunchtime, unless it is from the same family bubble.
To maintain social distancing at least 6 feet away.
The islands will have Alcoholic hand sanitizer gel and visible signs.

All cars and boats are disinfected on each tour. Before and after use.
Our collaborators have undergone a series of seminars and induction to have knowledge before risk situations.
We are constantly monitoring to prevent, react and isolate immediately if a case of COVID-19 occurs.
All our collaborators are required to use a mask and hand sanitizer as well as maintain social distancing.
All clients have to show negative Covid-19 test(NAAT or antigen test), taken within three (3) calendar days before the tour. In case of vaccined person, you have to show the certified.
You have to book, three(3) days before the tour. It is a guarantee for avoid an excess of amount of people permitted in the island.
